1. Voluntary Right of Return
1.1 Although Swiss law does not require a statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary return window of 14 days from the date of delivery.

2.2 We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of wear, washing, or damage.

4. Return Process
4.1 Email us at info@aelox-sportswear.com with your order number
4.2 We will send you return instructions
4.3 Ship the product back at your own cost
4.4 Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
4.5 Returned items must arrive within 14 days after you notify us of the return
5. Shipping Costs
5.1 Return shipping costs are not covered by AELOX
5.2 Original shipping fees are non-refundable
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
6.1 Please check your order promptly upon delivery.
6.2 If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours, including a photo.
6.3 We will either refund you or send a replacement at no additional cost.
6.4 Notifications submitted after 48 hours may be declined due to the risk of customer-caused damage.
7. Exchanges
7.1 We do not offer direct exchanges.
7.2 If you want a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.
8. Late Returns
8.1 Returns received after the 14-day window may be declined and not refunded.
9. Return Shipping Risk
9.1 Customers are responsible for the return shipment and any associated risks.
9.2 We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
10. No Refund for Damaged Returns
10.1 Returned items that are used, washed, damaged, or no longer in resaleable condition will not be refunded and will not be sent back.
