1.1 We currently ship within Switzerland only.
1.2 Shipping to other countries (including the EU) is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

2.1 Standard shipping within Switzerland: CHF 7.–
2.2 Free shipping on orders over CHF 150.–
2.3 Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

3. Delivery Times

3.1 We aim to process and ship your order within 1–3 business days after payment.
3.2 Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days within Switzerland.
3.3 Please note: Delays may occur during peak periods (e.g. holidays or product launches).

4.1 All orders are shipped with trusted services such as Swiss Post or other reliable Swiss carriers.

5. Tracking

5.1 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

6.1 Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
6.2 If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we may charge an additional shipping fee to resend it.
