THE BRAND
AELOX – the name comes from Aeolus, the Greek god of the wind.
Looking back, Greece was not only the home of the gods, but also the birthplace of sport. Back then, it wasn’t about looking perfect – although, to be fair, the Greek gods did have pretty impressive bodies – it was about movement. About strength, joy, and coming together.
That idea is what inspired me.
Movement is like the wind: sometimes strong, sometimes gentle, sometimes stormy, sometimes barely noticeable. But always in motion. That’s how I see sport too – not as pressure or perfection, but as something that makes life feel lighter and gives us a good feeling.
AELOX is meant to reflect this mindset: clothing that supports you – whether you’re giving it your all or simply moving at your own pace.
THE FOUNDER
My name is Lenka. I am a registered nurse and personally passionate about fitness. For a long time, I played with the idea of creating my own brand – driven by my love for movement and for beautiful, functional clothing. When I had some time after completing my training, I finally took the leap and started. Step by step, learning by doing.
AELOX is not a big company, but a true passion project – created through countless hours, a lot of patience, and a great deal of dedication. From the very beginning, it was important to me that AELOX would be more than just clothing. I want to inspire people to enjoy movement. Because I truly believe that we move more freely and with more joy when we wear clothes that make us feel comfortable and motivated.
