SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping area
1.1 We deliver within Switzerland as well as to selected neighboring countries: Italy, Germany, France and Austria.
1.2 Shipping to other countries is currently not available.
1.3 An expansion of the shipping area is planned — stay tuned!
2. Shipping costs
2.1 Standard shipping within Switzerland: CHF 9.–
2.2 The shipping costs are borne by the customer. Orders with a total value of at least CHF 69.– are shipped free of charge within Switzerland.
If a partial return is made at a later date and the final order value therefore falls below CHF 69.–, AELOX reserves the right to deduct the regular shipping costs in the amount of CHF 9.– from the refund.
2.3 Shipping to neighboring countries (Italy, Germany, France, Austria):
Shipping costs are weight-based and are calculated automatically at checkout.
2.4 The exact shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
3. Delivery times
3.1 We aim to process and ship your order within 1–3 working days after receipt of payment.
3.2 Estimated delivery times:

Switzerland: 2–4 working days

Neighboring countries: 4–10 working days, depending on the destination country
3.3 Please note: During peak periods (e.g. public holidays or product launches), delays may occur.
4. Shipping carriers
4.1 We ship with reliable partners such as Swiss Post as well as selected reputable carriers for international deliveries.
5. Shipment tracking
5.1 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail including a tracking number.
6. Incorrect address / failed delivery
6.1 Please carefully check your delivery address before completing your order.
6.2 If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or absence and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge an additional shipping fee for reshipment.

RETURN POLICY
1. Voluntary Return Policy
1.1 Although Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal, we grant our customers a voluntary 30-day return policy starting from the delivery date.
1.2 To request a return, please send an email to:

1.3 The product must be returned to us within 14 days after the return request has been submitted.
2. Conditions for Returns
2.1 To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item is unused and in its original condition

The item is returned in its original packaging

All original tags (if applicable) are still attached
2.2 We reserve the right to refuse returns if items have been used, washed, damaged, or are no longer in new condition.
2.3 Free or promotional items
Free or promotional items that are added to an order free of charge or at a reduced price as part of sales promotions, bundles, sets, minimum order value promotions or limited-time offers are tied to the respective purchase.
If an order is returned in whole or in part and the conditions for receiving the free or promotional item are no longer met, the free or promotional item must also be returned in full, unused and together with the remaining goods.
If the free or promotional item is not returned, AELOX reserves the right to deduct the corresponding product value from the refund amount.
3. Non-Returnable Items
3.1 The following items are excluded from returns:

Reduced or discounted products

Underwear (for hygiene reasons)
4. Return Process
4.1 Please email info@aelox-sportswear.com and include your order number
4.2 You will receive detailed return instructions from us
4.3 Return the item to the provided address at your own expense
4.4 Once the return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
4.5 Returns received later than 14 days after the return request may be rejected
5. Shipping Costs
5.1 Return shipping costs are not covered by AELOX
5.2 Original shipping costs are non-refundable
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
6.1 Please inspect your order carefully immediately upon receipt.
6.2 If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photo evidence.
6.3 We will either send a free replacement or issue a refund.
6.4 Claims submitted after 48 hours may be rejected, as damage caused by improper handling cannot be ruled out.
7. Exchanges
7.1 Direct exchanges are not offered.
7.2 If you wish to receive a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
8. Late Returns
8.1 Returns received after the 14-day return period will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
9. Return Shipping Risk
9.1 Customers bear full responsibility and risk for return shipments.
9.2 We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
10. No Refund for Damaged Returns
10.1 Items that are used, washed, damaged, or no longer resalable will not be refunded and will not be returned to the customer.
